The South Carolina Gamecocks couldn’t get much of anything going against Kentucky in the first half of Wednesday night’s game in Columbia.

However, the second half was a much different story, as the Gamecocks absolutely exploded for 56 second-half points.

After trailing 33-25 at halftime, South Carolina earned a miraculous 81-78 victory over the Wildcats thanks to a buzzer-beating, banked-in three-point shot by redshirt freshman Jermaine Couisnard:

Couisnard finished with 26 points and made 4 of his 5 three-point attempts. Four players fouled out of the game (2 on each team) and there were 54 total fouls called.

So, for those not keeping track at home, here’s a brief look at some of the craziness that has been South Carolina’s season:

Bizarre.
