Steve Spurrier shared a laugh during his weekly presser Tuesday previewing this weekend’s game against Auburn.

The last question was in response to recent reports that Spurrier would be a home-run hire for Florida if the Gators fire Will Muschamp before the end of the season.

Spurrier, the program’s all-time winningest coach and 1996 national champion, isn’t interested.

“I tell everybody my next move’s to Crescent Beach, Florida,” Spurrier said, in reference to his preferred retirement destination. “That’s where my next move is going to be.”

The 69-year-old ball coach has said multiple times that South Carolina’s his last coaching stop and that he’ll leave on his own accord.
