Will Muschamp and his South Carolina team have their work cut out for them this weekend with Georgia coming to town.

That may be an obvious statement but one that’s supported by the Gamecock coach upon his film review of Georgia’s 45-0 win in the season opener against Austin Peay. The Bulldogs were the only SEC team to earn a shutout win during Week 1.

On Thursday, Gamecock Athletics shared the second of its weekly series on Muschamp’s film review of South Carolina’s upcoming opponent.

Muschamp starts by sharing his thoughts on receiver Demetris Robertson and the speed he brings to Georgia’s offense. He then goes in UGA’s “condensed formations” and why that’s tough to defend and the play of both quarterbacks the Gamecocks could see on Saturday.

On the other side of the ball, Muschamp notes how Georgia’s defense is similar to what the Gamecocks run. He also details how disciplined and well-coached Georgia’s defenders were in the opener and the team speed of the unit.
