Former Texas A&M pass rusher Damontre Moore has a new NFL home.

The former NFL player turned AAF standout was signed to a one-year deal by the San Francisco 49ers, the team announced Friday afternoon. Moore was originally drafted by the New York Giants in the third round of the 2013 NFL Draft.

During his young career, he’s played with five different NFL teams: Giants, Dolphins, Raiders, Seahawks and Cowboys. The most recent was the Raiders before joining the San Diego Fleet in the AAF. Since the new pro league folded, he was free to sign with an NFL club.

Moore has recorded 83 tackles, including 10 sacks in the NFL. His best season came in 2014 with the Giants when he recorded 5.5 sacks.

The Dallas native was a terror off the edge at Texas A&M. In three seasons, Moore racked up 45 tackles for loss, including 26.5 sacks.
