In what should be one of the marquee games of college football’s opening weekend for 2017, Texas A&M is making its way all the way to the Rose Bowl to take on UCLA. That game was scheduled to be played Saturday, Sept. 2 but has been moved to Sunday, Sept. 3.

Per a statement released by the school Wednesday afternoon:

The 2017 Texas A&M football season opener against UCLA in the Rose Bowl will be showcased nationally on Labor Day weekend moving from Saturday, Sept. 2 to a Sunday, Sept. 3 date. Kickoff will be either 6:30 p.m. or 7 p.m. central (4:30 p.m. pacific or 5 p.m. pacific). The network designation is not available at this time.

With the Aggies moving this game, college football’s opening weekend will now feature SEC games played Thursday (Arkansas vs. Florida A&M), Saturday, Sunday and Monday (Tennessee vs. Georgia Tech — in Atlanta).
