Ole Miss fan reportedly made way into Texas A&M press box, had hilarious response to A&M SID
During Saturday’s Texas A&M-Ole Miss game, a tweet from Texas A&M Police caught fans’ eyes, as it reported that there was an ejection from the press box for a noise complaint.
Many were wondering what it could be, as it is well-known in the media industry that there is no cheering in the press box.
Fortunately for all of us who weren’t in that press box, Houston Chronicle reporter Brent Zwerneman broke down what actually happened. As you can see in the tweets below, it appears an Ole Miss fan made his way into the press box during the game:
Press box ejection story, a thread: First, he wasn't a media member, but an Ole Miss fan who wandered in from suites to left of press box, complete w/ a sweet little baby and a wife. I first took note of him because he was Loud Talking Guy in his observations behind us. 1/1 https://t.co/x6YQtVA2Yy

Rebels scoop up a fumble and return it 96 yards for a TD early in the third quarter, but alas a flag has been thrown on the end of the scoop. He kept himself in control until then, but when officials waved off flag, he couldn't help himself. 'Whoooooooooooooooop!'

AC said, yeah, but who are you with? He repeated, 'I'm with me.'
Smart guy, he kept whoever had let him into the suites/press box a secret. Snitches Don't Get Tickets, I suppose.
And the guy left (AC showed considerable restraint the entire time), and that was that.— Brent Zwerneman (@BrentZwerneman) November 10, 2018
The police 'involvement' in all of this? They just happened to be bemused observers, I believe. Ones with Twitter.

At least the fan was honest about things and ended up leaving peacefully. Hopefully he enjoyed the great view during his brief stint in the press box.
