Josh Heupel joined the dancing club after Tennessee’s big win over Pitt on Saturday, and the Vols loved watching their coach bust a move in the locker room.

Heupel might not need to give up his day job for a career as a backup dancer, but it’s nice to see the coach cut loose with his players.

The Vols had reason to celebrate after Hendon Hookier threw for 325 yards and 2 touchdowns, the final one a 28-yard pass to Cedric Tillman in overtime, as the Vols prevailed over No. 17 Pitt 34-27 in overtime on Saturday.

It was Tennessee’s first significant nonconference win under Heupel and the Tennessee defense contributed as it slowed down a Pitt offense that lost starting quarterback Kedon Slovis to an injury at the end of the first half.

There were plenty of contributors, including Tillman, who caught 9 passes for 162 yards and a touchdown. Jabari Small ran for two touchdowns, and Bru McCoy added a 32-yard touchdown reception in the first half that tied the game.
