To celebrate the 50-day mark from the season opening game between Tennessee and Georgia Tech, the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl released official artwork for the contest. The artwork was revealed Sunday and features current head coaches Butch Jones and Paul Johnson as well both schools’ most iconic coaches — General Robert Neyland and John Heisman.
The season opener for the Vols is set to kick off from Atlanta in the new Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Monday, Sept. 4 at 8 p.m. ET on ESPN.
Similar artwork was released Friday to celebrate the 50-day mark for the Alabama and Florida State game, also taking place in the new Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta two days prior to the Tennessee-Georgia Tech contest.
