Tennessee basketball lands graduate transfer guard from Richmond
Richmond G Khwan Fore announced after the 2017-18 season that he was going to explore graduate transfer options, and then proceeded to look at programs like Tennessee, Auburn and UAB.
When all was said and done, though, the Alabama native ultimately decided to head to Knoxville to join the upstart Vols program for his final season of eligibility.
Fore made his announcement on Instagram on Wednesday evening, as you can see in the post below:
Fore averaged 11 points, 3.2 rebounds and 2.7 assists for the Spiders last season, and he’ll bring some more veteran leadership to the Tennessee squad this fall.
Since he’s a graduate transfer, he’ll be eligible to play right away, meaning Rick Barnes has another weapon at his disposal a year after winning a share of the SEC’s regular-season title.
