In what is quickly becoming a daily tradition, Tennessee has suffered another defection from the football program, this time via decommitment. While Georgia offensive lineman Jordan Tucker announced Tuesday morning that he planned to back off his commitment, he has not ruled out ultimately attending Tennessee.

Here’s the statement Tucker put out via his Twitter account Thursday morning:

The 6-foot-7, 335-pound Tucker originally committed to Tennessee in June. The Roswell, Ga., lineman is rated as a three-star prospect, the No. 71 recruit from the state of Georgia and the No. 74 offensive tackle prospect in the nation according to 247Sports Composite Ratings.

The lineman currently holds offers from Missouri, South Carolina, Louisville, North Carolina and Minnesota, among others. Tennessee is now down to 24 total commitments in its 2017 recruiting class.
