Former Tennessee star Nick Senzel has gotten his first call up to the big leagues, and he’s not wasting any time proving he belongs.

The former Vol played center field for the Cincinnati Reds on Monday against the San Francisco Giants and recorded his first multi-homer game of his young career.

As you can see below, he wasted no time getting the Reds on the board, hitting the first strike he saw over the right-field wall:

The Reds were up 5-1 by the time the second inning rolled around, and Senzel led off once again. And, once again, he hit a line drive over the right-field wall:

Seeing that opposite-field power is something Reds fans will love, and Senzel seems to be proving he’s a strong all-around player.

Senzel’s future is bright, and it’s provided a boost to a Cincinnati squad that desperately needed one.
