At this time of year, most recruits for the class of 2017 are still weighing their options.
After all, there is almost a full calendar year before they’ll have to make a college decision.
So while commitments are still firm for many of nation’s top recruits, visits to other campuses are enough to make fans uneasy.
This weekend, Florida is hosting a couple of highly touted prospects that are currently committed to Auburn and Alabama, respectively.
On Saturday, a couple of Tweets surfaced that are likely to make Crimson Tide and Tigers fans reason for concern, while also offering Gators fans hope.
First, we look at four-star safety Xavier McKinney, who is an Alabama commit that looks awfully happy in a Florida jersey:

Next, we see a Tweet from Auburn’s five-star offensive tackle commitment Calvin Ashley:

While there’s nothing here that says either is on the verge of changing their commitments, it’s also safe to say that Jim McElwain isn’t hurting his chances with them today.
