WATCH: NFL Network host tries to get Sony Michel to put on a Tennessee jersey

The Georgia Bulldogs are losing a pair of talented backs in Nick Chubb and Sony Michel, as both are going on to the NFL and should be early picks in the 2018 NFL Draft.
Michel recently appeared on NFL Total Access on the NFL Network, but things got weird when the host, Dan Hellie, tried to get Michel to put on a Tennessee football jersey.
Hellie is a Tennessee grad, but he must have known this would be awkward television:
So many great RBs have come through @FootballUGA, including @Flyguy2stackz! So who's his favorite?
"@TG3II cause I got to compete with him and learn from him." ? pic.twitter.com/FBnOXKqkPK

“I don’t do that,” Michel said with a look of bewilderment on his face. The segment, which had been going really well before that, then ended.
Michel will be wearing a new jersey soon enough, but Hellie should have known better than to ask this of the former Georgia star.
