With the majority of college teams preparing for their season openers this week, it’s time for analysts and experts to finalize their postseason projections.

On Monday, ESPN’s Mark Schlabach released his updated bowl projections, and he has 10 SEC squads in his bowl mix.

As you can see below, he thinks Alabama will make it to the College Football Playoff, advancing to the title game against Clemson. Here’s where he thinks the other SEC teams will play.

  • Texas Bowl: Texas A&M vs. Oklahoma State
  • Music City Bowl: Mizzou vs. Georgia Tech
  • Peach Bowl: Georgia vs. Ohio State
  • Belk Bowl: Kentucky vs. Virginia Tech
  • Liberty Bowl: Mississippi State vs. Texas
  • Gator Bowl: LSU vs. Purdue
  • Outback Bowl: Florida vs. Michigan State
  • Citrus Bowl: South Carolina vs. Miami
  • Sugar Bowl: Auburn vs. Oklahoma
  • Cotton Bowl (CFP): Alabama vs. Wisconsin
  • CFP title game: Alabama vs. Clemson

Some analysts project Tennessee to make a bowl in Jeremy Pruitt’s first year as head coach, but Schlabach isn’t among them.

Will Schlabach’s projections come true? Only time will tell.
