WATCH: Former Alabama standout Christion Jones houses 97-yard kick return

Former Alabama star Christion Jones has taken his speed north of the border.
On Friday, playing for Saskatchewan, Jones found a hole a hole and ran past the Ottawa Redblacks for a 97-yard punt return touchdown. He entered the game among the lead leaders in punt return and kickoff return averages.
At Alabama, Jones caught 85 passes for 1,030 yards and seven touchdowns, returned 66 punts for 719 yards and three touchdowns and ran back 68 kickoffs for 1,727 yards and two touchdowns.
Jones has bounced around the NFL and CFL since he signed with the Miami Dolphins after the 2015 NFL Draft. But he suffered a hamstring injury during training camp, AL.com reported.
Last year, Jones signed with Miami again in March, but was released in May. He then signed with the CFL’s Toronto Argonauts, but was let go before the regular season started in June.
Jones was then signed to Saskatchewan’s practice squad on July 17, three games into the season.
