Record crowds watched LSU win the Texas Bowl and Auburn dominate the Birmingham Bowl.
The Sugar Bowl was so packed fans at home complained they couldn’t hear the announcers describing Ole Miss’ thorough beatdown of Oklahoma State.
The Outback Bowl didn’t set a record, but Tennessee fans, dressed in orange, made Tampa’s Raymond James Stadium look like the creamsicle filled Old Sombrero.
Arkansas turned its Liberty Bowl date with Kansas State into a home game, just missing setting another record.
The tweets and numbers on another successful SEC bowl season, which isn’t quite finished. Alabama will play Clemson for the national championship on Jan. 11.

Announced Liberty Bowl crowd of 61,136, 4th largest in bowl's 57-year history. I'd say about 45,000 Hog fans here.
