Alabama is looking to get in the mix on a four-star defensive end from Virginia Beach, Va.

Jordan Williams, a Frank W. Cox prospect, tweeted that he picked up an offer from Saturday the Crimson Tide, his 27th total offer.

On 247Sports, early Crystal Ball predictions favored Tennessee. The site also lists Clemson, Penn State, USC, Virginia Tech, Virginia and Wake Forest as schools that interest Williams the most.

Tennessee and the other schools listed might be worried with outside linebackers coach Tosh Lupoi listed as Williams’ primary recruiter. Lupoi is ranked as the country’s No. 1 recruiter so far in the 2017 class.

UA currently has nine commits in its ’17 class, but only one defensive lineman, three-star SDE Aaron Sterling.
