7 SEC freshmen named to Pro Football Focus’s freshman All-American team

Seven SEC freshman were named to the Pro Football Focus freshman All-American team on Thursday, led by two Alabama players and two Florida players.
Five of the seven SEC players receiving recognition were offensive players, signaling a bright future for the conference on that side of the ball.
The full list of SEC freshmen honored by Pro Football Focus includes:
- Jalen Hurts, QB, Alabama
- Benny Snell, RB, Kentucky
- Isaac Nauta, TE, Georgia
- Jonah Williams, OT, Alabama
- Jawaan Taylor, OT, Florida
- David Reese, LB, Florida
- Jaylon Jones, CB, Ole Miss
Hurts and Williams are key components in undefeated Alabama’s offense. The Crimson Tide will need them to continue their strong seasons in order to make a run at a second-straight national championship.
