The Florida Gators have been busy on the recruiting trails lately, but have interestingly been adding quite a few players to their 2019 class — not their upcoming 2018 class.
Currently, the Gators have the No. 1 2019 class in the nation, and added their 12th commit on Friday night.
Athlete Ja’markis Weston committed to the Gators on Friday night to provide yet another boost to Florida’s 2019 class. He announced his decision on Twitter:

Weston has yet to receive a star rating from 247Sports, but the 6-3, 195-pound athlete also had an offer from Tennessee he was considering.
Though the Gators’ 2019 class is currently the best in the country, their 2018 class — with 14 commits — is rated No. 11 (No. 3 in the SEC).
