As the LSU Tigers kick off fall training camp, junior OL Will Clapp (and many of the other offensive linemen) was sporting a new look.

Clapp had his hair shaved into a mohawk, but was quick to tell reporters the look wouldn’t last long.

Why is that the case? Clapp said his mom won’t let him keep his new hairdo:

“My mom’s going to make me shave it,” he jokes. “I’m 21 but my mom still controls me.”

Based on the skill (or lack thereof) of Clapp’s barber/teammate, mom probably once again knows best in this situation. Maybe she’ll let him keep the new look for a few more days, though.
