Former Kentucky quarterback Jared Lorenzen is getting ready to embark on a massive weight loss regimen.

The former Wildcat gunslinger, who was somewhat notorious for being a heavyset QB at Kentucky, is planning to take on a healthy diet as well as workout regularly, according to a report from CatsPause.com.

Lorenzen has a long way to go. He currently weighs precisely 502.8 pounds.

After putting off a weight loss campaign for some time, Lorenzen finally reached a breaking point. It happened when four linemen had to carry him off the field after he suffered an injury with the Northern Kentucky River Monsters of the professional indoor league.

Lorenzen will reportedly be documenting his weight loss on social media.
