The Auburn Tigers don’t kick off Saturday’s game against LSU until 2:30 p.m. Central time, but they already scored a big victory.
That’s because the Tigers landed 4-star 2018 DT Coynis Miller on Saturday morning, getting him to commit to Auburn over Alabama and Florida.
Miller announced his decision at his high school (Jackson-Olin in Alabama) on Saturday morning, releasing a commitment video:
According to the 247Sports composite, Miller is the No. 15 defensive tackle in the class of 2018 and the No. 5 overall recruit from the state of Alabama.
The 6-2, 300-pound defender is Auburn’s 13th 2018 commit. The Tigers’ class currently ranks ninth in the SEC and 24th nationally.
