QB Jarren Williams has been committed to the Kentucky Wildcats off and on since last June. However, as the 4-star 2018 prospect has drawn more interest from top programs, his commitment got flimsier.

On Sunday, he made the news official on Snapchat, announcing that he was de-committing from the Wildcats and exploring other opportunities.

Williams, a 6-2, 206-pound Georgia native, has been getting offers from other top schools in recent weeks, which led to his de-commitment.

Williams was on hand at Miami on Saturday to see the Hurricanes beat Notre Dame. He has official visits scheduled for Ohio State next weekend and Auburn for the Iron Bowl on Nov. 24, according to 247Sports.

According to the 247Sports composite, Williams is the No. 8 dual-threat quarterback in the class of 2018 and the No. 22 overall recruit from the state of Georgia.
