The Eli Drinkwitz era has officially begun in Columbia.
Missouri’s new coach arrives with an outstanding track record of success, he’s never coached on a team with a losing record in his 10 seasons in college football, and a reputation as a sharp X’s and O’s minded head coach that can lead the Tigers to new heights on offense.
The program locked Drinkwitz up to a six-year deal worth $24 million, plus incentives. Drinkwitz plans to serve as Missouri’s offensive coordinator and playcaller to begin his career in Columbia.
You can get a sense of what makes Drinkwitz tick in the video below which is one of the first interviews the coach has given since becoming the new head coach in Columbia.
