A little over a month out from his commitment, one of the most sought-after junior college cornerbacks has trimmed his recruitment to six teams.

On Saturday, East Mississippi Community College defensive back Khyree Jackson shared a final six that includes Alabama, Florida, Kentucky and South Carolina along with Oklahoma and Oregon. The Crimson Tide, Gators and Wildcats all offered after he released a top 10 on May 10.

The Upper Marlboro, Maryland native is listed at 6-3, 197 pounds and has collected 24 scholarship offers. Mississippi State, Ole Miss and Tennessee are the SEC programs to have offered but not make the cut.

Jackson does not yet have a 247Sports star rating as a JUCO prospect. He is set to pledge to one of the six schools on July 11.
