Nation’s top-ranked 2022 ATH decommits from Florida after Dan Mullen’s firing
After firing head coach Dan Mullen on Sunday, Florida has suffered another loss in its 2022 recruiting class.
Isaiah Bond, one of the top wide receiver prospects in the 2022 class, announced via Twitter on Monday that he was decommitting from the Gators.
“First I would like to thank the Florida coaching staff for bringing me into that family,” tweeted Bond. “But after a long talk with people I trust and family I have decided to decommit from the University of Florida.”

Bond committed to the Gators over offers from the likes of Alabama, Georgia, Miami, and Michigan, among others.
The 5-11, 175-pounder is rated by the 247Sports Composite as as 4-star prospect and the No. 86 overall recruit in the 2022 class.
The Buford, Georgia, native is also ranked positionally as the No. 1 athlete in the nation and the 8th-best prospect in the state of Georgia.
