Florida baseball will have to wait to try to extend its winning streak. Moments before a scheduled 6 p.m. first pitch, UF announced the postponement of its Wednesday game against Jacksonville.
Tonight’s game between Florida and Jacksonville has been postponed.

Wednesday was Game 2 of a midweek series between the Gators and Dolphins in Gainesville. UF edged JU 1-0 on Tuesday night at Florida Ballpark.
Kevin O’Sullivan’s squad is 11-3 on the year, winning its last 3 games. The Gators dropped last weekend’s series opener at Miami 5-2, but bounced back to win the series with 8-1 and 11-3 victories over the Hurricanes.
Florida hosts Seton Hall in a weekend series, beginning Friday at 6:30 p.m. ET.
