As transfer portal season rolls on in college basketball, another LSU big man will reportedly look at continuing his career elsewhere.

Less than 24 hours after Shareef O’Neal entered the portal, Jerrell Colbert has done the same, according to 247Sports’ Travis Branham.

Colbert signed as part of LSU’s 2021 recruiting class, choosing the Tigers over 13 other offers, including Arkansas and Texas A&M. Colbert was rated 3-stars, the No. 3 player in Tennessee, No. 20 center and No. 134 prospect overall nationally in the class on the 247Sports Composite. This season, he logged 26 minutes of playing time over 4 games. He scored 2 points against ULM on Nov. 9, 2021.
