Keon Ambrose-Hylton, former Alabama forward, announces transfer destination

Keon Ambrose-Hylton was one of the Alabama players to enter the NCAA transfer portal this offseason.

With the 2022-23 season quickly approaching, Ambrose-Hylton has chosen a new school that he’ll try to earn more playing time at.

As you can see below, he announced via social media on Tuesday that he was committing to the SMU Mustangs for next year:

Ambrose-Hylton appeared in 29 games in 2 years with the Crimson Tide. He scored a grand total of 32 points to go with 22 rebounds.

Ambrose-Hylton, a native of Toronto, Ontario, Canada, was a 4-star recruit in the 2020 recruiting class. We’ll see how he fares at SMU this coming year.
