Neeo Avery, a 4-star 2023 edge rusher from Maryland, announces SEC commitment

Neeo Avery is a 4-star edge rusher from Maryland. He was originally committed to Penn State, but decommitted back in March.
Many schools were among those interested in Avery, but Kentucky, Ole Miss, Oregon and Maryland were the favorites to land his commitment this time around.
On Sunday, Avery took to Instagram to reveal he was committing to Lane Kiffin and the Rebels for 2023 and beyond:

Per the 247Sports composite rankings, Avery is the No. 33 edge rusher in the class of 2023 and the No. 6 overall recruit from the state of Maryland.
The Rebels now have 7 players in their 2023 recruiting class. Prior to Avery’s commitment, the class ranked No. 61 nationally, per 247Sports.
