The Kentucky Wildcats will be doing just that when they make their trip to the Big Blue Bahamas Tournament. John Calipari’s team will be donning some pretty neat uniforms at the Baha Mar Resort.

Kentucky will face the Dominican Republic National Select Team in an exhibition on Aug. 10. Big Blue will follow with Tec De Monterrey on Aug. 11. The Wildcats will wrap up their exhibition slate with weekend games against Carleton University and The Bahamas National Select Team.

Not a bad look to start with in paradise.

Maybe Coach Cal is looking to build a new image after last season’s loss to St. Peter’s? The Wildcats’ first-round exit in the NCAA Tournament was one of the biggest upsets in history. It also ruined many brackets.

The Wildcats’ current regular season schedule has them facing Michigan State at the State Farm Champions Classic on Nov. 15.

The pressure will be quickly on John Calipari to have a bounce-back season.
