TJ Finley is battling Texas A&M transfer Zach Calzada for the starting quarterback job at Auburn this fall.

He also recently inked a historic NIL deal with Amazon, becoming the first college athlete to sign with the major global company.

But now, Finley will have to deal with some legal issues. Per a report from WRBL, Finley was arrested by the Auburn Police Department on Thursday:

Per the report, the charge is “attempt to elude.” Details about the arrest haven’t been reported yet.

The report states that Auburn is aware of the arrest, but hasn’t issued a statement as of this time. We’ll update this story as more information becomes available.
