Rickey Gibson, 2023 cornerback with 32 offers, names 2 SEC teams in top 3

Rickey Gibson is starting to narrow things down in his recruitment. The Hewitt-Trussville (Alabama) standout has picked up 32 scholarship offers so far. On Friday, he named his top 3 teams, including 2 SEC programs.

Georgia and Tennessee are joined by Penn State to round out Gibson’s top group.

Gibson is listed at 6-feet, 171 pounds. On the 247Sports composite rankings, Gibson is rated the No. 24 Alabama product, No. 48 cornerback and No. 494 prospect overall nationally in the class of 2023. He shared highlights of his visits to UGA and UT on social media.
