Agiye Hall was recently suspended following an arrest, and Longhorns head coach Steve Sarkisian isn’t ready to welcome the Alabama transfer back just yet.

Sarkisian suspended Hall from team activities after learning of his arrest and said Monday that Hall’s status with the team had not changed (via Jeff Howe of 247Sports):

Hall, a former 4-star recruit out of Bloomingdale High School in Valrico, Florida, committed to Alabama in the Class of 2021. He had four catches for 72 yards as a true freshman with the Crimson Tide, with two of those catches coming in the CFP championship game against Georgia.

He was suspended from Alabama for a violation of term rules in April and entered the transfer portal and transferred to Texas a couple of weeks later. Now he’s in the doghouse again.

Will Hall make be on the Longhorns’ roster when Texas hosts Alabama on September 10? The season-ending injury to wide receiver Isaiah Neyor has left a big hole in the Texas Longhorns offense. And it could be one that Hall could fill.
