Anthony Maddox is heading to the SEC, namely College Station, Texas.

Maddox, a high-end 3-star quarterback according to 247Sports and 4-star via On3, announced Monday that he has committed to Texas A&M over Alabama and Penn State. He made his commitment live via 247Sports.

Maddox said he chose Texas A&M because of the two offensive-minded coaches at the helm of the program, referring to head coach Jimbo Fisher and newly-hired OC Bobby Petrino.

The Class of 2024 signal caller is rated as the No. 31 quarterback in the nation and the No. 431 overall prospect. The high 3-star prospect is also considered to be the No. 8 player out of Mississippi.
