Oklahoma added a commitment from 2025 quarterback Kevin Sperry late Monday night.

Sperry chose the Sooners over offers from programs like TCU, Oregon, Florida State, Tennessee, Ole Miss and several other top programs.

It’s still early in the 2025 recruiting cycle, so Sperry does not yet have a 247Sports Composite ranking. However, that’s expected to change in the coming weeks and months.

Sperry is listed at 6-foot-1, 200 pounds. He attends Rock Hill High School in Prosper, Texas.

He becomes Oklahoma’s only quarterback commitment from the high school ranks. The Sooners don’t yet have a QB committed in the class of 2024. They did sign 5-star Jackson Arnold in the class of 2023, but he’s participating with the team this spring as an early-enrollee.

Sperry is Oklahoma’s 1st commitment overall in the class of 2025.
