Cameron Miller, a redshirt freshman defensive back, is looking for a change of scenery, according to a report from Matt Zenitz of On3 Sports.

Miller was thought to be the next player in a Memphis-to-Knoxville pipeline as he was a multi-sport star who prepped at Memphis Academy of Health Sciences. Miller enrolled at UT in January 2022 and went through spring practice after he was rated a 3-star prospect by 247Sports.

Before he picked the Vols, Miller announced a top 6 of Alabama, Auburn, Ole Miss, Memphis, Oregon and Tennessee. At the time of his commitment, Miller was the second-highest-rated prospect committed to Tennessee in the 2022 recruiting cycle. He was listed as the No. 52 receiver in the country and the No. 14 overall prospect from the state of Tennessee in the 2022 recruiting cycle before he switched to DB.

The deadline for new players to enter the portal was Sunday, but some moves take some time to process.

Miller played in one game as a freshman, and in the spring game, he made 6 tackles, one sack and one interception.
