SEC Network analyst and Florida legend Tim Tebow gave high praise to Tennessee quarterback Joshua Dobbs. During SEC Nation’s live broadcast from the SEC Championship Game in Atlanta, Ga., Saturday, Tebow called Dobbs the “biggest surprise” in the SEC this season.

Dobbs made his season debut in Week 9 against Alabama on Tennessee’s third possession. Since then, the sophomore has thrown for 1,077 yards, eight touchdowns and five interceptions on 96-of-156, while rushing for 393 yards and six touchdowns on 91 attempts. Dobbs led the Vols to a 3-1 record as a starter, securing the team’s first bowl appearance since 2010.
