Devonta Smith, like everyone else, remembers the infamous Salvation Army bucket celebration Ezekiel Elliott made famous following a touchdown in 2016. He got fined for that celebration (hopping into the kettle following a touchdown) and Smith may suffer a similar fate after his touchdown celebration Saturday night.

Smith, following a go-ahead touchdown in the 4th quarter against the Cowboys, put on a fake ski mask, kicked down an imaginary door and “robbed” the bucket of its gifts.  Perhaps a Grinch impersonation from the visiting team in Dallas?

The video paints a clearer picture.

It’s an incredibly creative celebration that will likely ruffle some feathers. It also happened to come in the middle of what is turning into a classic between Philadelphia and Dallas.

The former Alabama receiver’s score gave the Eagles a 7-point lead, but the Cowboys have since taken the lead. The score is 37-34 Dallas with under 3 minutes remaining in regulation.
