Former Alabama RB Mark Ingram had a big game on Sunday as his New Orleans Saints dominated the Los Angeles Rams en route to a 49-21 victory.

The 2009 Heisman Trophy winner ran for 146 yards and a touchdown on only 14 carries. He also made the most of his one reception, taking it 21 yards for another score.

Because of his efforts, Ingram earned NFC Offensive Player of the Week honors for Week 12, according to Pro Football Talk.

The sixth-year running back has carried the ball 136 times for 721 yards and three scores in 2016. The Saints will host the Detroit Lions on Sunday afternoon.

The game can be seen at noon Central time on FOX.
