If there’s one storyline Jalen Hurts doesn’t want to discuss, it’s his plans for next season.

That was made clear by the junior Alabama quarterback during his Thursday media availability when the inevitable transfer questions were asked by the media covering the upcoming Orange Bowl between the Crimson Tide and Oklahoma.

While many have assumed Hurts will leave Alabama at the end of the season, the junior wasn’t willing to confirm anything of that nature.

“I’m worried about Oklahoma” Hurts said, according to ESPN’s Andrea Adelson. “My story’s far from over. We’ll see what’s up next for me.”

The hero of the latest SEC Championship Game also added the following comments:

“I’ve never said anything about transferring. Those words have never came out of my mouth,” Hurts added. “Those have always been kind of assumptions.”
