Jalen Hurts, former Alabama QB, fits perfect pass over defenders for MNF touchdown

There are 4 Alabama quarterbacks currently active in the NFL between Mac Jones, Tua Tagovailoa, Bryce Young and Jalen Hurts as one of the most impressive groups the Crimson Tide have ever had (and probably greatly miss, at this point).
The latter of those has been nothing short of impressive since he took the next step in his career, something that showed through in Monday night’s matchup between the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Philadelphia Eagles.
Hurts gave the offense a boost when he scrambled and threw a well-placed dart to wide receiver Olamide Zaccheaus for a touchdown in the second quarter.
Here’s a look at the play:

Hurts is currently 15-of-25 passing for 180 yards with 1 touchdown and 1 interception as the Eagles lead the Bucs, 13-3 with just under 10 minutes remaining in the third quarter.
He headed into the contest with a 71.4% completion rate, 363 passing yards 2 touchdowns and 1 interception between the 34-28 win over the Minnesota Vikings and the 25-20 victory over the New England Patriots.
It will be interesting to watch how he and the Eagles progress through what looks to be a promising season in Philadelphia, though still early on. If the team can hold, they will move to 3-0 with the Washington Commanders up next on the schedule.
