Pat McAfee fires up Tuscaloosa crowd with electric pick for Georgia-Alabama game
Pat McAfee had another electric pick involving Georgia and Alabama on Saturday morning during College GameDay.
McAfee famously faked out the audience at the SEC Championship Game last year by signing the Redcoat Band Chant before reversing course and picking Alabama to win that game.
This year, McAfee stuck with Crimson Tide pick and added some more flair for good measure. As he led the Tuscaloosa crowd in a Roll Tide chant, McAfee stood on his chair — inbetween Ms. Terry and Lee Corso — as he enthusiastically picked Alabama to beat Georgia on Saturday night.
Here’s video of the moment:

McAfee delivers moments like this on a weekly basis on College GameDay, but it seemed like he added in a little extra for this top 5 showdown between Alabama and Georgia.
Alabama has not lost to Georgia in Tuscaloosa since the 2007 season — Nick Saban’s first year at the helm. Overall, the Crimson Tide have won 8 of the last 9 meetings in this series.
Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m. ET on Saturday night.
