Former Arkansas DB Joe Foucha, team’s 4th leading tackler in 2021, announces SEC West transfer destination

Former Arkansas defensive back Joe Foucha was a member of the Razorbacks football program for 4 seasons. During his first 3 seasons, the team won a combined 7 games overall and was 3-23 in the conference.
But the Razorbacks put together their best season in years in 2021, finishing with a 9-4 mark and a win in the Outback Bowl, their 1st bowl victory since 2015. Foucha was a key part of their resurgence as he made 75 tackles—4th on the team—while tying for 2nd among Arkansas defenders with 7.5 tackles for a loss.
The New Orleans native and team captain on Jan. 5 announced that he would enter the transfer portal with a year of eligibility remaining. On Tuesday, he revealed on Twitter that he was returning to Louisiana to finish his career at LSU:

During 4 seasons at Arkansas, Foucha totaled 231 tackles, 11.5 tackles for a loss, and 5 interceptions.
