Video: Arkansas center Frank Ragnow faces strength coach in 125 LB dumbbell challenge
It’s been a tremendous offseason for Arkansas center Frank Ragnow. After announcing he would return for his senior season in Fayetteville, the junior lineman was named the nation’s best offensive lineman and best run blocker by Pro Football Focus.
Judging by a recent video post the Razorbacks official Twitter account, Ragnow isn’t resting on his laurels. Instead, the All-American lineman is attacking the offseason with every intention of improving for the 2017 season.
In the video posted below, Arkansas director of strength and conditioning Coach Ben Herbert faced Ragnow in a 125-pound dumbbell challenge, with a grueling weekend training session on the line. With so much on the line for his fellow team, how did Ragnow respond? Watch the video to find out.
