Yohan Traore will be a Tiger after all. LSU’s loss is Auburn’s gain as Traore has committed to Bruce Pearl’s program.
Traore’s announcement, made on his Instagram account, comes 9 days after he backed off his pledge to LSU following Will Wade’s dismissal.

A Dream City Christian product out of Glendale, Arizona, Traore is listed at 6-10, 225 pounds and rated 5-stars, the top player in his state, No. 4 center and No. 15 prospect overall nationally in the class of 2022. In addition to Auburn and LSU, Traore also had offers from 17 other schools, including Arkansas and Tennessee.
Traore’s Composite score would make him the second-highest rated commitment in Auburn history, behind Jabari Smith.
