Auburn basketball will reportedly go back to Maui next year.

Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports shared Thursday that Bruce Pearl’s squad will join North Carolina, UConn, Michigan State, Memphis, Iowa State, Colorado, and Dayton out in Hawaii in 2024.

Pearl’s program is familiar with the fall showcase circuit before getting into SEC play. This season, the Tigers traveled to Cancun, Mexico, and went 2-0, defeating Bradley (85-64) and Northwestern (43-42) to win the Cancun Challenge. In November 2023, Auburn will travel to Brooklyn to compete in the Legends Classic alongside Oklahoma State, Notre Dame and St. Bonaventure.

Auburn last took part in the Maui Invitational during the 2018-19 season. The Tigers went 2-1, falling to Duke (78-72) in between wins over Xavier (85-79 OT) and Arizona (73-57).
