Auburn reportedly adding FCS defensive coordinator to coaching staff

Auburn has been busy this offseason making changes to its coaching staff.
On Saturday, the Tigers reportedly made a big addition to their off-field support staff.
Per FootballScoop.com, the Tigers are adding J.C. Sherritt, a former CFL player and current FCS defensive coordinator, to coach Bryan Harsin’s staff as a defensive analyst:
A former all-conference selection as a player at Eastern Washington, where he won an Football Championship Subdivision national title, Sherritt had served as defensive coordinator at Cal Poly since December 2019.
Auburn has recently added Mike Hartline and Joe Bernardi to the support staff as well.
Harsin has been busy this past week. We’ll see if more analyst additions are coming on The Plains.
