In 1938, Enright was hired as the head coach and athletic director at South Carolina. After the 1942 season, he joined the United States Navy and served until 1946. It was then that Enright rejoined the South Carolina program, where he remained until 1955. Enright’s 64 wins are second in school history. His career record is 64-69-7.
After living in Birmingham, Ala., Jordan left the ground zero of SEC Nation to head south to Florida to tell the unique stories of the renowned tradition of SEC football. In his free time, his mission is to find the best locales around.
