In a decade’s time, Joseph moved up the coaching ranks from the high school level to Derek Dooley’s staff in Knoxville as Tennessee’s defensive backs coach during the 2010 and 2011 seasons. He joined Kevin Sumlin’s staff at Texas A&M in 2014 following a two-year stint at Nebraska.
